Muscle Toy

Maybe it's the price of gas.  Maybe it's the holiday.  Or, maybe it is simply that my great friend Karen De Coster has one.

Whatever my reason for purchasing a Harley-Davidson motorcycle was doesn't matter.  What matters is that I love it.  Riding this bike is relaxing and somewhat therapeutic.

Proper relaxation increases circulation and reduces stress, anxiety, and depression.  Thus resulting in an enhanced mental clarity and functioning, a positive attitude, and increased confidence.

But remember: safety first!

    Sheryl,

Funny thing is that I actually prefer the crunchy stuff. I guess I've always been a granola head. That was the one thing that was not difficult at all for me when I made the big switch from white to wheat. Gosh, its been years since I've been eating the yummier stuff. Now if they could only made sugar as healthy as whole wheat LOL!

         Thank you Bob.

It is great to see that you are back to work on my family's farm.  You know how to keep the cows and calves healthy and happy.  You also know the importance of quality feed that comes from well maintained crops.

Thank you for always "going the extra mile."  Take care and keep up the good work.
