Makin' it Count

"Whoa...Nellie"

In reference to my latest blog,"Divide and Conquer," an awesome routine is only part of the equation.  If you want to make significant gains toward your gaols, you must  (balance) that routine with impeccable form and technique.  Sometimes, it is not necessarily what you do, yet how you do what you do, that makes the difference.

Have you ever felt like you are wasting your time and/or hard earned money by showing up to workout and not seeing any results?  Wouldn't you just love to walk away from your workouts KNOWING that you had a GREAT workout???  EVERY TIME you work out???

This is where I come in.

I ensure maximum results in minimal time by focusing on muscle isolation through proper body alignment, posture, and your specific goals.  This system of "check's & balances" creates an atmosphere of  (teamwork).

Three of the most important elements of resistance training are form, technique, and timing.  A quality personal trainer (such as myself) will diagnose and implement the proper applications of these for each individual.

I coach each of my clients through these variables during every minute of their exercise sessions.  Thus,(educating) them on how to make every rep., of every set, of every exercise count toward their goal.

Whether you are training at home or at the gym, alone, with a partner, or with a trainer, be sure that you make it count.  Exercise with intention,  (plan) your workout, and then......follow it through.

Momma always said....."if your gonna' do it, you might as well do it right."
