Power Crispies




                              "Wowzers!"

   Made with natural peanut butter and whey protein, these treats are super tasty and health-nut friendly.  

 Ingredients:

   1/4 cup natural peanut butter (be sure to stir well before using)
   40 large marshmallows
   1 oz peanuts (crushed)
   2 scoops vanilla protein powder
   5 1/2 cups crisp rice cereal

   Melt the peanut butter in a 3 quart saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly.  Add marshmallows and continue to cook over low until almost completely melted.  Remove from heat, add the peanuts and stir to mix well.  Add the protein, return to low heat and stir until the protein is dissolved and marshmallows are melted.  Remove from heat and add the cereal, stirring quickly to coat evenly.  Spray a 13 x 9 inch baking pan with cooking spray and spread warm mixture into pan.  Press evenly to spread.  Cool.  Cut into bars.  Makes 16
