Pistachio Freeze


   Old habits are hard to break.  

   I made this up several years ago, back in the "old Powerhouse" days.  It is refreshingly light, delicious, and definetely muscle friendly.  Power packed with protein and moderate in carbs., this thick shake will keep you energized to burn more fat during these busy summer days.
 

               Hey Heather, that's mine!

   Ingredients:

   2 cups crushed ice
   1/2 cup skim milk
   1/2 cup water
   1 box sugar-free pistachio pudding mix
   1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
   1 tsp L-glutamine powder (optional)

   Place all ingredients into blender or food processor and blend until smooth.  Enjoy!  Seves 1.
