Watermelon Shake


   Cool off on these hot summer days while promoting your health.  Be sure to make enough for "hubby" and the kids, for it is good for all.

   Ingredients:
      
      2 cups watermelon chunks
      1 cup crushed ice
      1/2 cup fat-free plain yogurt
      1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
      1 tbs sweetener (Splenda)
      1/8 tsp almond extract
      1/8 tsp ground ginger

   Combine all ingredients in a blender, or food processor, and blend until smooth.  Serves 1.

Nutrition Information:  Calories- 278, Fat- 2g, Carbs- 35g, Fiber- 1g, Complete Protein- 27g
