The health benefits of green tea are tremendous. Merely consuming three cups a day can promote health, protect against heart disease and some cancers, burn excess body fat, and protect against tooth plaque- due to it's fluoride content.

...Studies on caffeine have found very high doses dehydrate and everyone assumes that caffeine-containing beverages dehydrate. But even if you had a really, really strong cup of tea or coffee, which is quite hard to make, you would still have a net gain of fluid."
Fitting it ino your day it easy. I like to brew 3-5 bags at once, pour this into a large mug (with or without ice) and hit the road. Sipping this is my insurance plan for a healing dose of antioxidants each day.
