Use It or Lose It - Intensity for a Youthful Body


                     

   Witold Bialokur is a 71 year old man, yet he feels that he is 20, and is fitter than a lot of people half his age.  He is proof that physical fitness influences the aging body and that health is gained through intense exercise.  He lives by the old adage of "use it or lose it" in order to stop the body from decaying.

    LOVE IT~~~reminds me of Buzz from the gym. Love how he says positive mind along with exercise. I think we often talk about nutritioin and exercise but forget about the third component--positive thinking. Love this article.
