Aim for Lower Blood Sugar

Just as lower blood pressure is preferred for optimum health, we are seeing that a lower blood sugar is also a great way to help you avoid heart disease, stroke, diabetes, and a host of other adverse health conditions.
The new study, published in the Nov. 11 issue of "The Lancet," found that the threshold for risks of many diseases is well below the blood levels used when defining diabetes.
Deaths from diseases related to high blood sugar are over 3 million each year, high cholesterol causes 3.9 million deaths, and 2.4 million deaths are from overweight and obesity.
I'm not just talking about the adults here, either. Many of us may have children that are in a "boatload of trouble."
Please, eat a healthy diet and exercise with your loved ones daily.
