Weight Training: It's Not Just for Men


                 
       
   Just as I always exercise good, honest, hard work in the gym, another new study supports my theory of intensity for a fit, healthy body.

   Moderate to heavy weight loading during resistance training will boost a woman's growth hormone to build muscle and bone.

Specifically, larger-sized growth hormone types were more prevalent when women engaged in heavy resistance training.

   And ladies...don't worry, you will not get big bulky muscles unless you do the unthinkable and take steroids.
