Enjoy Your Food More to Lose Weight


   You may consume 70 percent fewer calories by eating more slowly.  Our appetite control system needs about 20 minutes to recognize satiety.

   A few things to help you slow down are to chew your food thoroughly, savor the flavor and texture, set down your fork between bites, and eliminate distractions; such as TV.
