"Magic" Cholesterol Lowering Foods
Complimenting my recent posts targeting the cholesterol issue; we have more good news for those who love fatty foods.
"Functional foods" that are high in essential fats are excellent at reducing your "bad" LDL cholesterol levels.
Studies have even shown that a diet combining some of these "superfoods" may work as well as medicines in lowering your "bad" LDL cholesterol levels...
...A trip to the grocery store is bound to be cheaper than a trip to the pharmacy. Also, many people can't handle the side effects from cholesterol drugs. Focusing on diet gives us all a new option.
Anything closest to it's natural state is always going to be better for human consumption than a man-made (factory processed) food.
Be sure to consume fatty foods in moderation and always eat several small meals each day.
