Stop Popping Pills Like They Are Candy

I know too many people who casually consume meds., pills, supplements, and other drugs on a regular basis. All the while, being unaware of the adverse health effects that accompany them.
The FDA is calling for stricter warning labels for popular OTC (over-the-counter) pain relievers such as aspirin and Tylenol.
Remember, everything has to go through your liver. You can not live without your liver and it is easily scared. These scars permanently damage your liver and are called cirrhosis.
The warnings would address the potential for stomach bleeding as well as liver damage, would apply to acetaminophen products such as Tylenol as well as non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) such as aspirin and ibuprofen (Advil, Motrin), naproxen (Aleve) and ketoprofen (Oruvail).
Education is the key to success. "Google" your favorite supplements and painkillers to learn more about what you are putting into your body.
