Avoid Breast Cancer


   Harvard Women's Health Watch lists seven factors to look for in determining your risk of breast cancer.  Increased levels of estrogen due to weight gain, alcohol, low activity level, and hormone use are contributing factors.  Also, a low intake of vitamin D, breast density, and use of chemoprevention are important.  

   Communicate with your physician to determine if you are at risk of breast cancer.
