My daughter is currently within the age group being advised pressured to get the HPV vaccine.  Upon researching this issue, I've come to the conclusion that there is currently not enough evidence to deem it as highly effective and safe for my family.  As a matter of fact, the vaccine (Gardasil) only targets four out of over 100 strains of the human papilloma virus, two of which are responsible for 60 - 70% of cervical cancer cases.

Shockingly however, vaccination has been linked to such ailments as autism, neurological diseases, allergies, autoimmune disease, and a suppressed immune system. 

All vaccines are immune depressing to some extent and that is the trade-off we are risking.  The medical thought is that we trade a small immune depression for an immunity to one disease.  Now let me repeat, we are trading a total immune system depression (our only defense against all known disease - including millions of pathogens) for a temporary immunity against one disease, usually an innocuous childhood disease.  Therefore, the trade is not all fair.  Mullins puts it this way, "Are we trading mumps and measles for cancer and AIDS."

Herd immunity is defined as, "a type of immunity that occurs when the vaccination of the majority of the population (or herd) provides protection to un-vaccinated individuals."  Gee, do you think that's what politicians are attempting to force us into?

"Forced mass vaccination of schoolchildren is medical tyranny at its worst," charged Mike Adams, author of "Natural Health Solutions and the Conspiracy to Keep You From Knowing About Them."

"What school and state officials are essentially saying now is that they will use the threat of violence to force parents into injecting their children with neurotoxic substances known to cause severe harm or even death.  It is yet another sign of the utter absence of health freedom in a society who's leaders proclaim to be free."
