Ease Arthritis with Green Tea


Green tea is reported to be the best therapy for rheumatoid arthritis.

Researchers found that the compound called epigallocatechin-3-gallate (EGCG) inhibited the production of several molecules in the immune system that contribute to inflammation and joint damage in people with rheumatoid arthritis.

From the Journal of Nutritional Biochem., Sept. 7, 2006; Green tea "is associated with increase bone mineral density."  

The benefits of consuming green tea don't stop there.  It also helps you to lose weight, improves one's resistance to infection, reduces high blood pressure, lowers blood sugar and cholesterol, normalizes thyroid hyper function , and inhibits the ulceration and stomach mecosa bleeding induced by aspirin.  

I suggest incorporating four to five cups each day along with plenty of water.
