Exercise Boosts Men's Sexuality

Sex, sleep, and brain power are vital elements to our human experience and exercise has a profound effect on all of them.  A recent study has determined that exercise is great for improving men's sexual performance and prostate function.
Although erectile dysfunction is not life-threatening, it can surely impair quality of life. A Harvard study linked regular exercise to a 41% reduction in the risk of erectile dysfunction -- all it took was about 30 minutes of walking a day.
Wow!  Only 30 minutes of day improves erectile dysfunction by 41%?  It's pretty amazing how the old "move it or lose it" theory works.

And, since Patricia Kroboth observes in the Journal of Pharmacology, Volume 39:  "When exercising at 80%  maximal heart rate, DHEA increased 1.4 times and while exercising at maximal heart rate the DHEA increased 4 times their original concentrations," one would be well advised to workout with greater intensity to elicit a greater response from the body.

Check out these guys, now that's intense!
