Balance and Symmetry
Have you ever noticed those people working out only the areas they want to improve or simply focusing on their "show muscles" of the upper body - the arms, chest, and shoulders. Some men only train their upper bodies and forget about there legs all together. Frankly, nothing looks more ridiculous than a beefy and attractive upper body cemented atop a pair of "chicken legs."
Problem is, this type of training only leads to muscular imbalances, overuse injuries and strains, poor posture, and an unnatural looking physigue. It is important to always train your major muscle groups along with their opposing muscles to create symmetry, balance, and overall strength.
Remember this; health is not cosmetic - it's not about how fit you look - what you see in the mirror or how you think others perseve you. Health comes from the inside and shows on the outside as overall strength and functionality, an endurring smile, eye contact, a challenging conversation, and a positive attitude.
