Marge is the cow about to revolutionize the milk producing industry.  She is capable of producing naturally skim milk and scientists are using information obtained from her genes to breed commercial herds that will do the same. 

"She produces a normal level of protein in her milk but substantially less fat, and the fat she does produce has much more unsaturated fat," Snell said. "She also produces milk with very high levels of omega 3 oils."
