How to Be Like the "Energizer Bunny"


                  

Do you ever feel tired, sleepy and physically drained in the middle of the day?  If so, there are a few things you can do to correct it.  For, in reality, noone should be that unfortunate.

First of all, the most important thing is to exercise with great intensity and continually nourish your body with healthy whole foods.  Other than that, WebMd's feature article will tweak a few lifestyle pitfalls and show you how to change them for the better. 

Some simple interventions that promote an energized body are eating breakfast and getting a total of 5 - 6 small meals throughout the day, fill up with fiber, take your fish oil supplement, drink plenty of water, cut out caffeine by mid-afternoon, and (my favorite) dress for success.  Simply by wearing functional clothing you'll be more prone to going for a walk any chance you get.
