Can this be the world's worst food?  Pizza, sausage, hamburgers, pigs in a blanket, bacon, soybeans, pepperoni, cheese, cheese, and more cheese...all on top of a pizza, this thing is scary.  Fortunately for us it is only sold in Japan, at least for now. 

Gizmodo.com has a count of 646 calories per slice on this baby, though I think it sounds a bit low, especially considering it comes with maple syrup and ketchup for dipping.  I would have more appropriately named this the "Killer Pizza."
