Fastinating Video of Dr. Weston A. Price's Research


Here's a fantastic video that will give you a brief overview of why whole foods, closest to their natural state, are always best for our bodies.  This is a perfect compliment to my latest article and blog, "If You Don't Change the Way You Eat Today Where Will You Be Tomorrow?," in which I refer to Dr. Price's work.

 


By the way, his book, "Nutrition and Physical Degeneration," is available on-line (read the reviews while you're there) and at our public libraries.  Check it out, knowledge is power and we must never stop learning.
