OH YAH! Cardio Striptease is HOT

Cardio striptease classes are the hottest new workouts, great for pelvic rotation, abdominal seperation, and certainly more that I'll let you know about after I return from NYC.
But like any tough workout, pole dancing is not without its risks. “Many of the classes encourage participants to wear stiletto heels, and that could set people up for ankle sprains or other problems caused by foot instability,” warns Dr. Cedric Bryant, chief science officer of the American Council on Exercise. Advanced movements on the pole also require enough strength to support your entire body weight.
I think I'll leave the stilletos at home, he, he.
