This video is cute, witty, and so very true.  It's refreshing to here such mainstream voicing of our world's sick lives. 

He says we wonder why we live with such illness and disease as obesity, type II diabetes, asthma, and depression.  When, in reality, we all know why we live this way and the majority of us ignore it. 

The majority of us choose to ignore healthy foods, diet and exercise and we choose to ignore it on a daily basis, minute by minute, day after day.  We choose to ignore our health and alternately choose prescription drugs...just as our government and Big Pharma want. 

But not us, not the strong willed, aggressive, hard working bodybuilders and exercise enthusiasts that we are.  We are unique, vibrant, and alive; truly alive.
