Ori Hofmekler is a world famous author, health and fitness guru, and painter of political satire.   You may recognize him as the author of "The Warrior Diet," "Maximum Muscle, Minimum Fat," or as Penthouse's health and fitness editor.

As I've blogged about this in the past, it is becoming evident that society's elevated estrogen and low testosterone may be major indicators of the poor food sources and poisonous environments we've come to accept as a way of life. 

As Ori puts it, "Not actively surviving is passively dying."

You can take control of your health through exercising and nourishing your body with whole foods that are always closest to nature; only then will you truly be alive and well.
