Six Meals a Day "Blows"

I used to buy into the glossy magazines' prescription of six or more meals a day as being the only way to lose fat and gain muscle.  Not only was this way of eating time consuming, inconvenient, and daunting, it was as if my life revolved around food.  I also couldn't seem to lose body fat without feeling weak, exhausted, and squeamish.

I've recently had a eureka moment with the idea of intermittent fasting.  I've been delving into the theory behind it and reading a tremendous amount of scientific material supporting it.  You remember Super Mike?  I've even had great success with it myself as a guinea pig.

Here is an informative T-Nation interview with Dr. Art De Vany that briefly explains the concept of intermittent fasting, evolutionary fitness, and why it all works.
Too many bodybuilders that I see are too fat. They only look good when they're in contest form. They do tend to follow a binge eating pattern that's close to those of bulimics and other dysfunctional eaters. Eat like mad to grow, then starve to get cut for the contest. Throw in some dehydration for good measure.
Try it for yourself; and then be the judge.
