No Equipment, No Problem

As an at-home personal trainer, I bring lots of equipment to people's homes. Such equipment as resistance bands, light weights, kettlebells, and a step up are proven safe and effective.

I also incorporate plenty of bodyweight exercises for functional fitness, balance and coordination, and core stability.
