Energy Drinks Cause Tooth Erosion; Worst for Young Adults

Scientific research has deemed the ph value of carbonated beverages as a major culprit to tooth decay, but new evidence suggests that a beverages "buffering capacity" (the ability to neutralize acid) also plays a significant role in tooth erosion.

Because young adults teeth are more porous than adults, they are most susceptible to damage and severe dental issues later in life.

I do not support the use of energy drinks and here's a few reasons why.
