Why Are You So Strong?

It's a question I get all the time and I just tell everyone that it's all in my head. I can push the heavy weights because I believe I can; and so I do just that. Always pushing (never being afraid) to go heavier and harder than the last.

People also ask me how I can workout so hard and so intensely, almost never slowing down. That's simple, I can workout hard because I workout hard. I started out like everyone else at square one and progressively, safely, cranked up the weights and the intensity every time I hit the gym.
