Strongman Competition at Powerhouse Gym

It was a beautiful day and I had a fantastic time at the second annual Powerhouse Gym Strongman Competition, Clinton Twp., Mi. I had so much fun with the tire flip last year that I just couldn't wait for it to come around again. The farmer's walks were performed with 50 lbs. dumbbells (I could've used more weight), and Mike's truck was wicked heavy.
