Way To Go Mindy!
I have been personal training Ms. Mindy Hitchcock, aka Lady4Justice, for over a year now and her results are astounding. In a little as three (one hour) sessions per week, minus a few vacations, Mindy has transformed her body into a rock hard, rippling display of muscularity with an incredible V-taper and arms to die for.
But there's more to it than that. You see, Mindy is a unique woman with a heart of gold. But her heart of gold is great for much more than kindness and compassion, her heart is a true champion.
No secret really, just sound nutritional practice and hard core workouts (with heavy weights) performed at a challenging pace. I base her workout sessions on triple sets of weight lifting exercises. During her one hour session, Mindy usually knocks out 3 - 4 tiers of triples sets, with little to no rest in-between exercises.
This kick-butt session provides her with optimal stimulation of the selected muscle groups while simultaneously strengthening her heart muscle. Mindy's (and all of my clients') workouts are never dull or mundane. I change things up every session to keep the workouts fresh and new, fun and exciting, and always goal oriented.
We also enjoy the pleasure of her daughter (Alexis) and her sister (Nancy) joining in on the action packed sessions quite often; for there is always an abundance of energy when we get together!

I took the stress test, and two weeks later, got the result. Dr. Savas said it was "stellar." That wasn't enough for me; I had to know exactly what that meant. She said that during the test, my heart rate went up to 150 while on the treadmill. Generally, it is a good thing when patients heart rate goes down ten to fifteen beats in the next minute. But Dr. Savas told me my heart rate went down 75 points, to 75, in one minute! She said it was the best recovery they'd ever had.Mindy attributes her heart's strength mainly to her workouts with me and dancing (usually once per week). So, what's our secret you ask?

I loved this article! In fact, I got goosebumps reading it. Of course, that's because it was about me, but also because it was so great to read my trainer talking about my "rock hard" body and V taper! Ladies (and gentlemen), take it from me: If you want an athlete's body but don't have it in you to do hard-core weight training, hire Sheryl immediately. She knows how to give you the results you want, in a format you can live with. I've worked out all of my adult life, but NEVER gotten the results I have with Sheryl. She rocks!
