Power Balls!

This snack is a body builder's most perfect food. It's super easy to make, delicious, and high in protein. These "power balls" make great Harley riding snacks or they go to work with you, but they always make eating on the run nutritious.
Power Balls
5 scoops chocolate whey protein
1/2 c. natural peanut butter
1/2 c. quick oats (uncooked)
2 tbs. honey
1/4 - 1/2 c. water
In a bowl, mix whey protein, peanut butter, oats, and honey. Add the water (sparingly) to achieve a doughy mixture. Measure by rounded tablespoons, then roll each into a bite sized ball with your hands. Place them in re-sealable bags and store in refrigerator. Makes about 32 balls.
Nutrition per ball: Calories 52, fat 2.5g, carbs. 3.5g, complete protein 4g
I make mine small to stretch the calories and love them with vanilla protein (instead of chocolate) to let the peanut butter flavor come through (yum!).
