As a side note, men often approach me asking how I'm able to lift so heavy and comment that 1/2 the guys in the gym don't lift as heavy as me...

Even though I'm small (and shapely, ahem) my strength comes from the power of my mind. I listen to the greatest and live by the words of my inspiration:
