Chocolate Cheese

The health benefits of dark chocolate are amazing.
It is high in flavenoids, fights heart disease, reduces inflammation, lowers blood pressure, and protects against cardiovascular disease and cancer. There may be notable improvement in one's mood after consuming chocolate because it releases endorphins and serotonin, helps to regulate metabolism of blood sugar, and is a known aphrodisiac.
But, how does one get a daily allowance of chocolate without getting fat
Baking cocoa is simple, versatile, and cheap; and it's probably in your cupboard right now. Cocoa is commonly used to make homemade brownies, cakes, and frosting, but I've got a better idea.
How about mixing it into the perfect source of protein? I also take my cinnamon creation on every EMS shift I have.
Chocolate Cheese
1 cup low fat cottage cheese
1 tbs. unsweetened baking cocoa
1 heaping tsp. Splenda
Mix all ingredients in a bowl and enjoy.

For my EMS co-workers who like to stand outside of a running truck:
...cocoa proanthocyanidins prevented enhanced expression of adhesion molecules caused by the diesel lung injury. Other evidence of lung injury indicative of oxidative stress was also observed in the lungs of diesel treated mice, however these indicators of free radical damage were barely visible in mice pretreated with the cocoa supplementation. In addition, the level of reactive substances indicative of oxidative stress in the lung was decreased by the cocoa supplementation in the presence of the diesel particles. Thanks Natural News
