Take A Stand Against High Fructose Corn Syrup

Is it poison or just another chemically altered food source? Either way, it's bad and your body doesn't recognize it as an energy source.

I also know (from experience) that one loses weight when HFCS is taken out of a nutrition plan. But, there is plenty more reasons to avoid it completely.

Are you going to be honest with your body?
