Making Sense of Human Sexuality

Enjoy this informative, yet funny lecture by Stanford professor Stanford Sapolsky on the Neurobiology of Primate Sexuality. After watching it, you might just rethink your loving relationship.

Be happy to know that having sex a couple of times each week is really good for your overall health. Sex will improve your sense of smell, reduce your risk of heart disease, increase weight loss and improve health. Muscular contractions during intercourse work the pelvis, thighs, buttocks, arms, neck and thorax. Sex also boosts production of testosterone, which leads to stronger bones and muscles. Men's Health magazine has gone so far as to call the bed the single greatest piece of exercise equipment ever invented.

Sex also reduces pain, releases endorphins to help you feel great, improves immune function, increases your bladder control and improves prostate function.

So, go ahead - sex will do your body good!
