Ignorance Kills

As we embark on a new day, let's reflect on past experiences.
Today, there is an overwhelming obesity epidemic, cancer rates have skyrocketed, and people seem more confused than ever as to why this is.
But, it doesn't have to be that way. Take the obvious for example; microwave ovens. Microwaves destroy foods' nutrient value, thus rendering them useless to the human body. Yet food cooked in a microwave adds calories and subsequent layers of fat to our bodies. I can not believe people still cook with them!
One study showed that microwaving vegetables destroys up to 97% of the nutritional content (vitamins and other plant-based nutrients that prevent disease, boost immune function and enhance health).Processed carbohydrates are also void of valuable nutrients our bodies require. Their empty calories are quickly shuttled to fat stores by insulin our bodies secret upon their consumption, leaving our organs starving for nutrients. This starvation leads to over feeding ourselves - continually searching for those nutrients - and getting fatter and fatter.
In other words, eating raw broccoli provides you with natural anti-cancer medicine that's extremely effective at halting the growth of cancer tumors. But microwaving that broccoli destroys the anti-cancer nutrients, rendering the food "dead" and nutritionally depleted. There's even some evidence to suggest that microwaving destroys the natural harmony in water molecules, creating an energetic pattern of chaos in the water found in all foods. In fact, the common term of "nuking" your food is coincidentally appropriate: Using a microwave is a bit like dropping a nuclear bomb on your food, then eating the fallout.
Microwaving foods and relying on carbohydrates as a major source of food both cause a myriad diseases (very important video!) and cancers.
So, you are already overweight or unhealthy?
No problem, start today! Start on a diet of lean protein, healthy fat, and low in carbohydrates to lose that body fat for good. Eat plenty of vegetables and fruits, drink enough water to stay hydrated, and get some exercise. Be consistent, be aware, and be sure to take a break once in a while for a "cheat day." That's all it takes.
