Never mind the models and puffed-up bodybuilders.

Natural bodybuilding and healthy eating are my foundation for a fulfilling life. This is what I research, what I experiment with, and what I teach. I do not have obnoxiously large muscles, a deep voice, or acne all over my back - I am a natural athlete. As a matter of fact, I am very feminine and small enough that folks question my strength when I am in uniform.

Then they see me lift [a patient].

There is only so much muscle one can build without using drugs. You can not eat your way to bigger muscles, that takes working out, but you can eat yourself thinner. Our body's are genetically predisposed to carry a limited amount of muscle; naturally.
