What Makes You Old is NOT Age

Blaming one's ailments on age alone may be far fetched. I believe that is more disuse and abuse that "ages" one's body. Check out these shining examples of human specimens.







It's never too late to start working out. Start out slowly, moving about, add some resistance and seriously consider taking out sugars, grains, processed food-like substances, and poisons from your diet and your environment.
