Shadow Boxing; Excellent Cardio, Conditioning, and Disipline

I started self defense, shoot fighting, and boxing a few months ago at a local Tracy's Kenpo Karate studio and fell in love with the sport. Fighting is truly a whole mind and body workout, it is excellent for conditioning, and it is an excellent disciplinary tool.

By discipline, I mean you have to keep moving, keep punching, and keep sticking up for yourself to fight off your opponent. If not, you will get beat! In class, I've been punched, kicked, thrown body slammed to the grown, and fought till pure exhaustion - and it all felt good (except the body slam but that's another story).

Fighting has been such a good time, such great workouts, that I had to share with my clients. So, I picked up a couple of boxing gloves and take them to everyone's homes. Yes, there I go with boxing gloves from door to door; it's never boring with me.

So, here is something to do when I am not around. Practice your punches by shadow boxing.

And remember; just do it, just keep going, and going, and going,... it's all for discipline, conditioning, fat loss, and strength - the good stuff in life.
