This is literally, a person trapped inside a layer of fat. I find it quite interesting how the bones are stressed and misaligned from the weight and disfigurement when blubber is added to a skeleton. Also note the smothering of internal organs, the fat encapsuled heart, and fat accumulation in and around the brain. Bad, bad, bad...
