The Mighty Push-Up
Why do I always insist my clients perform push-ups? Simply because they are one of the most effective exercises you can do. Push-ups effectively boost metabolism and healthy hormones, engage muscles you didn't even know you had, and anyone can do them.
To my dismay, push-ups are highly underrated and typically thrown to the wind. Many people think they are wimpy, just for kids, or unnecessary. Boy are they wrong.

Try all the variations shown and when you are strong enough, go ahead and add renegade rows to your workout.
Looks wicked? No worries, just lighten up the weights and take it slow to start. Always think safety first.
