What Should I Eat?

It's a question we are faced with several times a day. Well, here is a simple concept to help you choose your best foods.

Start with a whole food high in protein and fat such as meat, cheese, eggs, fish, or nuts. Then consider a small portion of carbohydrates. The wonderful Mark Sisson shows you how to choose your correct amount of carbohydrates here.  

Mark Sisson recommends 0-50 grams of carbs for effortless weight loss and it is great for diabetics and severely obese people. While 50-100 grams is a sure fire weight loss plan that allows you freedom and flexibility to enjoy many of your favorite carbohydrates, too.
